Swimwear

For Babies

All babies should wear a full body swim suit, a disposable swim nappy and re-usable cover.

Full body swimsuit
– Keeps baby warm
– Makes baby easier to grip in the pool
– Reduces pool to change room chills
– Extra protection against nappy leaks
– Protects baby from the sun ( for beach days!)

Swim Nappies

Swim nappies help prevent leaks into the pool (Faeces in the pool is a serious health risk!) and don’t go soggy.

Nappies to be used:

For Parents:

  • Moms
    • a full swimming costume is recommended. Babies love to grab and pull on bikini strings!

For Bigger Starfish:

  • Long hair tied up

Recommended:

  • A drink for afterwards for you and baby
(No food is allowed in the swimming pool area)
  • Hooded towels for baby
  • Toweling bathrobe for mom / dad – frees up your hands and dries you off while you are changing baby
